We have now been to the Schwabenbräu for three evenings in a row and not without reason. Very tasty food, down-to-earth but not boring with solid quality. Fast and very friendly service. Just recommendable! Table reservation required in the evening! Thank you, we'd love to come back!

We went to Schwabenbräu with our parents this week and actually wanted dinner. On the one hand, we absolutely cannot understand all of the positive reviews !! After we ordered the drinks, the young male waiter came to us with the wrong order. Which of course can happen and would not have been the problem. He then said puffy to my father that he should order the right one next time. After we had told him that we had placed the order correctly, he said cheekily to us, if it doesn't suit us we can pay and leave! We have never seen such outrageous and unfriendly service! We paid for the drinks and left immediately! The management of this place should take a closer look at its employees. Such behavior is not possible at all! This person has no business in gastronomy! A few days before that, my husband and I were there for dinner. The food tastes rather mediocre!

We were there around 5:00 pm without a reservation and luckily we had the last table without a "time limit", so we could enjoy a few more beers. :) Service top, food and drink too. In addition, a very nice beer garden and a very good atmosphere, highly recommended!

Very nice and atmospheric economy with excellent traditional cuisine. A cuisine that is distinguished by local and homemade products that also taste good! The service staff appear with a competence and friendliness that convey the feeling of being a guest for ages! Here I felt comfortable and in good hands, thanks for that.

Have been here several times to eat. The food always tasted good (once served lukewarm). The inn has always been well attended, the staff was friendly, the location relaxed. I recommend the curd dumplings.

We stayed at the Schwabenbräu twice during this holiday. The first time roast pork with dumplings, etc. Was okay - nothing more. The 2nd time Lungenbeuscherl with bread dumplings The sauce is a water broth with lungs and tongue - totally acidic. What a shame, I was so looking forward to this dish. The quality is just not consistently good. The staff was absolutely friendly and brisk.

Friendly staff, quick service ... everything is perfect! Enjoyed super-fine Kaiserschmarr'n, which was very, very fluffy and, thank God, not over-sweetened. Greetings to the kitchen! ... and according to Murphy's Law ... in the beer garden only surrounded by smokers 😭 ... but they can't help it 😎

Very nicely furnished restaurant with attention to detail. Beer garden top and thanks to the location always well attended. Better to reserve in the season. Food delicious, unfortunately the leaf salad was really just one leaf on the potato salad. Portions ok, prices ok. Digestive schnapps super tasty

What is particularly striking here is the warmth with which you are welcomed. Everyone is just really nice and accommodating. The food and beer were also excellent, so a visit is highly recommended.

After several attempts we finally got a table without a reservation. Friendly staff, a clean restaurant and good advice when asked about ingredients. Food intolerances or allergies are taken into account and even asked again in the kitchen. Individual requests for the side dishes were also implemented. The dark beer was really tasty.

Absolute recommendation! The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely quick. It only takes a few moments to be served. In the beer garden you can sit very well under a few trees, inside it also looks very nice. The food is delicious, typically Bavarian and varied thanks to the additional daily menu. We'll definitely come back again and again!

Had the pleasure of staying in the Schwabenbräu. We really liked it there. Very nice greeting on arrival. Friendly staff a great dining room and a delicious dinner. The double room was also super furnished with everything you needed. Top location in Bad Reichenhall We can recommend Schwabenbräu with a clear conscience.

Great ambient, with homemade traditional german cuisine, local ingredients and huge variety of local beer sorts. One of the best restaurants in area that alway has some thematic party or traditional celebration. Place you have to visit in Bad Reichenhall and discover all the small details that make the difference

We all eat here as a group I’m September during a European tour, this pub was the best food in the trip! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was cooked to order and delicious! I will return to enjoy more of the menu! Fantastic atmosphere and location.

The police on the border crossing recommended this restaurant for us, we were looking for authentic bavarian local food for a good dinner. We got more than we expected! The staff was very polite and helpful, they explained every question we had about the meals so we could make a perfect pick for us. The meals came fast and were delicious. We ordered the pork from the oven with the knedle and white sausages. Everything was great! Afterwards we ordered the apple dessert which came hot with vanilla ice cream. This dessert was also great! The beer was too good! I recommend this place with a lot of smiles after the dinner! Also, would like to specially point out our waiter Marko or Marin, who was too kind to us and served us perfectly. We will come again soon!

nice stop for a pint

We have enjoyed every meal we have ever eaten there good quality good portions and very reasonablel. On weekends it is busy so reservations are best however a table for two is normally not a long wait. During warmer months they have an excellent beer garden making it is easy to meet others.
